Returns & Exchanges

At Shapedly, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
